1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service for eligible locations. Customers must provide accurate shipping information and be available to receive the order.
Orders refused at delivery without a valid reason may result in future order restrictions.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong product
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Orders refused without valid reason
4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be sent via:
- Bank transfer
- Mobile payment
- Store credit
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by us.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
